We will be having the first of the open house showings this evening at Smedgata 35. Even before the viewing we have received very positive feedback and more importantly very interested buyers ready to place their bids.
This will be 2016’s first showing for me. I love my job as a broker, and I especially love showings because I genuinely enjoy meeting up with people and helping them to find their dream home or new investment.
It’s getting cold outside.
This week, I thought I would share something which my husband and his company have used on their developments over the years. They were one of the first to use fire pits in their new homes, which made a great addition to the garden area. Now, they even use it on the balcony – overlooking stunning views!
Fire pits allow you to get an extended use of your outdoor space during the chilly winter months.
Here is some inspiration from the guys at Initio Eiendom.
I am so pleased to put this house out on sale, the ad went live a couple of hours ago and I am looking forward to the first viewing this sunday. The house was actually built by the sellers dad. It is a perfect house for a family that works in Oslo, with easy commute to the city. Within walking distance to popular skiing areas and beautiful forrests!
Here are this weeks top picks. If you are planning on going to viewings this week, be sure to check these out!

White interiors are stunning. I am possibly drawn to it mostly because it is something I can’t do allot of in our house since our kids are still young. However, I am adding more and more of it in our house and I love the simple sophistication you get with a white theme. High maintenance – yes. But, stunning too!
Last night, I went to a viewing of new house in Nordstrand Oslo. The location is great, with beautiful views. The brokers were very helpful, giving me all the practical information about the area and what the area offered for my kids who would be going to the schools in the area.
We have however chosen another part of Oslo. But, I thought the house itself was just gorgeous, with a very good floor plan and finishes. Top class!
