see url I had such fun at the photoshoot for Haugerbakken 7 A. This house is a new listing and I am really looking forward to the open house showing this weekend.
The owner had styled the house herself, and I think she did a great job! She has always had an eye for interior and enjoyed getting her home ready for sale. It was a pleasure working with them.
There is a little video footage from the photoshoot with our super talented photographer Mateusz Michałowski – his work is just incredible. All of the photographs are edited by him. This is something that we at BOA are very proud of. Unlike our competition – our photographs are edited in-house, and not sent for editing outside of Norway to a person that has not even seen the house. This all makes for stunning photography which you will see in all our listings.
The video footage is just a short teaser. I made it this short to fit the Instagram video time. You can view the video here:
source Within the first hour of the ad going live on finn.no – the listing has already received such an awesome response. Interested buyers calling to make sure the property doesn’t sell before the first open house viewings.
bon site de rencontre pour jeune I really enjoyed this shoot and the styling of this apartment. Presentation is key, even if the apartment is one this is a total renovation – there is always value is presenting it out to the market. Our model we used on this shoot, has been used on a similiar project with our founder at BOA Tommy Friestad and that sold for several hundred thousand over the valuation and more importantly way above the average sqm price in the area.
Our model was such a pleasure to have on board as she totally captured a warm and cosy feeling in the apartment and made our photographs so much more engaging.
watch The style of this apartment was retro inspired and was done by our awesome styling team. Click here to the link to the ad so see more photographs.
We will be having the first of the open house showings this evening at Smedgata 35. Even before the viewing we have received very positive feedback and more importantly very interested buyers ready to place their bids.
This will be 2016’s first showing for me. I love my job as a broker, and I especially love showings because I genuinely enjoy meeting up with people and helping them to find their dream home or new investment.
What’s your take on Moroccan tile design?
The traditional colors are truly beautiful. It’s bold, and once you choose the pattern and color – you have to live it for a while as it would get pricey to change out tiles every season. What I do like though, is finding the tile or pattern in calming colors that I know will blend and work well with other things in our house.
Yes, I know – probably boring. But, I like to use color in other accessories around the house and not in tiles or flooring.
These are some of the photographs I found for this weeks lookbook. I’d like to get a sample ordered for our new bathroom. We are divided on this trend in our house, so it will be interesting to see who wins! 🙂
Hotels around the world are some of the best places to be inspired by beautiful design trends. The Mandarin is no exception.
Looking over photographs from a few of their hotels around the world, makes we want to be able to travel more and experience more of the beautiful rooms. They work with some of the industry’s best people to put together luxury rooms for the guests.
My ideal home would be purely hotel inspired. Especially the bathrooms, all the details and layout. Here are some photographs of some of the Mandarin hotel bathrooms from different places. Enjoy!
I think black accent walls are super trendy and can be used in different rooms to help frame the room. I am looking into getting one of the walls in the new place done in black, and using a large mirror I have been drooling over, and frames to bring it to life. If not plain black, I have found a beautiful wall paper with black and white stripes that work really well with gold or chrome mirrors and frames.
Here is todays lookbook, enjoy! Click on the photos to go the links.
I am so pleased to put this house out on sale, the ad went live a couple of hours ago and I am looking forward to the first viewing this sunday. The house was actually built by the sellers dad. It is a perfect house for a family that works in Oslo, with easy commute to the city. Within walking distance to popular skiing areas and beautiful forrests!
Recently I have been going to different stores having a look at bar stools. We have some in our kitchen, white easy to clean bar stools. However, the quality on them wasn’t that good and the paint has started fading. So, I will try get them sold and get new one’s for the next house.
Here are some of the types I have been looking at. Bar stools can really frame a kitchen, and give a unique look to the room. It is fun shopping around for new one’s and trying to see which one’s will best for our new kitchen. Of course, keeping within a budget but making sure I get good quality chairs this time around!
Growing up, I had a mom and dad who enjoyed their weekend nursery trips, getting beautiful plants and flowers to fill our garden. I sadly, am pretty hopeless with gardening. Our new home will luckily be of a more manageable size, and easy to maintain.
I do sway for the more modern looking garden designs. The clean simplicity of the wood with the manicured greenery along with the natural stones – is just so elegantly beautiful.
Here is this weeks inspiration! I do think you can adapt these designs to fit different size gardens and even a rooftop garden.I definitely reccomend finding a good landscape architect in your area.
Granite countertops is something i have wanted to incorporate into our home for a long time. Last summer, i finally got a beautiful white shiny marble countertop installed as the centrepiece for our kitchen. It is a huge splurge, but it is one of my favourite items in the kitchen.
We will be moving in a couple of months, it will be sad to part with our beautiful kitchen which we have used years on getting it exactly the way we want it. But, exciting to find inspiration for our next kitchen!
