here I really enjoyed this shoot and the styling of this apartment. Presentation is key, even if the apartment is one this is a total renovation – there is always value is presenting it out to the market. Our model we used on this shoot, has been used on a similiar project with our founder at BOA Tommy Friestad and that sold for several hundred thousand over the valuation and more importantly way above the average sqm price in the area.
Our model was such a pleasure to have on board as she totally captured a warm and cosy feeling in the apartment and made our photographs so much more engaging.

Hotels around the world are some of the best places to be inspired by beautiful design trends. The Mandarin is no exception.

I think black accent walls are super trendy and can be used in different rooms to help frame the room. I am looking into getting one of the walls in the new place done in black, and using a large mirror I have been drooling over, and frames to bring it to life. If not plain black, I have found a beautiful wall paper with black and white stripes that work really well with gold or chrome mirrors and frames.

I am so pleased to put this house out on sale, the ad went live a couple of hours ago and I am looking forward to the first viewing this sunday. The house was actually built by the sellers dad. It is a perfect house for a family that works in Oslo, with easy commute to the city. Within walking distance to popular skiing areas and beautiful forrests!
Growing up, I had a mom and dad who enjoyed their weekend nursery trips, getting beautiful plants and flowers to fill our garden. I sadly, am pretty hopeless with gardening. Our new home will luckily be of a more manageable size, and easy to maintain.
I do sway for the more modern looking garden designs. The clean simplicity of the wood with the manicured greenery along with the natural stones – is just so elegantly beautiful.
