I really enjoy looking at bathroom design ideas, paging through the interior magazines over the weekend and finding out what is trending and what looks good. While I do like white clean finishes in bathrooms, I tend to prefer more bold bathrooms with a modern look. Especially dark details and different materials for the walls and roof design of the bathroom. Marble is a big favourite of mine because it’s so classic and lifts up the room.
Lighting in any room is very important, but in the bathroom if you get it right – you can create just the right mood for the room that only enhances the design.
Here are some photographs for this weeks lookbook. Enjoy!

I have been waiting patiently to share this listing. Kilenveien 9 is a beautiful apartment that is fitted to a family or a family to be. It has easy access to all necessities in an area that is booming.

The shoot itself was allot of fun. I met both the stylist and our photographer at the apartment. I was super impressed with the styling on this sale. All the small details made such a big difference. The seller is incredibly talented when it comes to styling and worked well with our in house stylist to get the finishing touches.
We also adorable kid models on this shoot, who helped to bring the terrace area alive and our talented photographer managed to capture the moment.
Looking forward to the open house showing this weekend!
I was extremely happy to work on the sale of Odins gate 31 B. Both, during and after the sale I put in the time to ensure that the sale of the apartment would be a successful one. The presentation of the apartment was something that had to be done right. And, because the apartment was a complete refurb – we couldn’t really present it as anything else. We played around with different ideas on what we thought would work and in the end we chose something that worked extremely well and for that we received a tremendous amount of positive feedback. This was confirmed by all the interested buyers and of course the seller.
We even got media exposure because of it, click here to read more. Journalists got in touch after seeing the photographs and wanted to be kept updated. Very excited to have been part of the write up.
Also have a look at the video after it got sold, which even includes a little video of me at the open house showing.
Extremely happy with the result and I look forward to doing more projects like these!
Spring fever in the air, and even though it is a little cliché to talk about pastels in spring – it’s hard to resist the temptation with the change in season. Pastels can make some cringe but I think if you manage to use some small pieces to change the tone of the room – it would make a difference. Beautiful colours that compliment the lighter days and can help as a mood-booster.
I am not sure I am able to commit to actual furniture pieces but small decorative pieces for this season is do-able. I do tend to gravitate toward the pinks and corals, but the turquoise shades are really lovely aswell.
Had fun looking for pieces in different rooms for this weeks lookbook. Hope you enjoy this mondays lookbook!

Textured walls are stunning. When done right, it adds such a beautiful dimension to a room. The wall doesn’t have to be a large surface, and you can create a textured look using allot of different materials. There are wallpapers that include crushed stone and even ones with thick cushioned fabric material. Tiles are one of my favourite, especially the hex tile shape. Another option is playing around with different paint solutions. Limestone walls are so pretty and very easy to do.
I have put together this weeks lookbook based on different ways you can get textured walls. Enjoy this weeks lookbook and happy monday!
